Our Stable's Accommodations
- Large lighted indoor and outdoor arenas. Both arenas are fully equipped with dressage letters, portable jumps, set of barrels, full calf roping, team roping, and steer wrestling pipe chutes, catch and loading pens, return alleys, cattle pens, stripping chutes, and
boxes. Indoor arena has dressage mirrors on the wall and a set of professional poles with balanced bases for pole bending. Indoor arena also has a furnished heated viewing lounge, heated restroom with shower, and viewing deck.
- Lighted private tack lockers with built in saddle stands, lighted indoor tie and concrete saddling area. Tack lockers adjoin lighted and concrete stall alley. Large lighted community tack room with built in saddle stands.
- One 60´ John Lyons round pen with sand.
- Two lighted Westguard round pens, one is 40´ with sand, and one is 70´ with sand.
- Lighted electric hot walker with surrounding retaining fence.
- Large fenced jump field with twelve new stadium jumps.
- Competition trail event arena with extensive obstacles.
- Standard size 20 meter x 60 meter dressage arena, with letters and fiberglass railing.
- Separate gently rolling hill pasture with trees overlooking Upper Cobb Lake, specifically for clients to trail ride in. No horses are ever loose in this specific pasture, so clients may freely trail ride year round in this pasture without being crowded by loose horses.
- All fences on entire facility are pipe, pipe panel, fiberglass, or vinyl. No wire anywhere on property, including all pastures. Entire facility is thirty acres.
- Large pipe pens with individual shelters and auto heated water.
- Lighted Box stalls with daily individual turn out into large paddocks with shelters and water. Box stalls are 12´ x 12´, and 12´ x 18´. Each box stall has a built in swivel feeder, view bars, auto water, light, outlet, sky light, and window.
- Foaling stalls of 14´ x 14´ available, with attached pipe pens. Foaling stalls have foaling monitors installed.
- Lighted concrete and pipe wash rack.
- Lighted concrete and pipe farrier pad.
- Pipe tie rails, water hydrants, and electrical outlets throughout facility for client´s use and convenience.
- Convenient lighted horse trailer parking area. (No additional charge for horse trailer parking) Convenient lighted client vehicle parking area.
- Covered picnic gazebo for client´s use and convenience.
- Beautifully landscaped facility with trees, shrubs, flowers, and a graceful entryway.
- Excellent quality barn stored hay. Hay barn accommodates over 110 ton. We own our own hay farm, and our hay is premium quality. Any hay that we raise that is below our high standards does not come onto the facility. We will feed our client´s grain and supplements at no additional charge, or if our client prefers we will provide our grain
- Farm veterinary service and farrier service available, or clients are allowed to bring in their preferred veterinarian and farrier. Stonestreet Stables, LLC´s veterinary service is an equine specialty clinic that is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and is only minutes from our facility. Our stable farrier is a certified journeyman farrier.
- Large veterinary isolation pen with shelter and auto heated water, secluded from all other horses, and away from the stable´s amenities and accommodations, yet in near proximity to owner´s and manager´s home for possible needed monitoring.
- Stable and the use of stable´s facilities is open to our clients seven days a week, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Clients hauling boarded or training horses in and out of facility before and after stable´s working hours, is allowed.
- Because of the many areas to ride in we are pleased that we do not have a facility crowding problem. There is plenty of room for everyone to ride and use the many arenas and facilities without being put in a crowded situation.
- Competitive and reasonable rates starting as low as $250.00 per month, per horse, for full care with many extras included.
- Month to month boarding contract, so no client ever need to feel "locked in" if client chooses to leave our facility for any reason.
- We provide many extras and amenities to our clients too numerous to list.
